Get-together in early spring for artists and writers

Early February 13, a get-together for artists and writers in the early Year of Rabbit 2023 was held at provincial Arts and Culture Center.

The event was attended by Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Loc Ha, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Truong Thi Bich Hanh, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda-Education Commission; Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People's Council.

In 2022, Binh Duong's writers and artists achieved many encouraging results in the field of literature and arts. Branches, clubs and members of provincial Literature and Fine Arts Association all participated in composing with contents in the right direction and good art quality. Photographers, visual artists all had new works to participate in competitions in and out of the province...

Speaking at the get-together, Mr. Ha acknowledged contributions by the local artists and writers over the past time while wanting them to further create valuable works, bringing the best things to the people, thereby contributing to the construction of a more and more prosperous country, with happy and well-off people. He suggested all-level authorities and sectors to always pay attention to creating conditions for provincial Literature and Arts Association to effectively implement the tasks set by the Resolution of its 8th Congress for the term 2022-2027 tenure. 

On this occasion, 7 members of provincial Literature and Arts Association were awarded the mementoes "For the cause of Vietnamese literature and arts".
