The Industry Promotion and Development Consultancy Center of Department of Industry and Trade just held a ceremony to commission the project of “Application of automatic diagram printing framework in industrial textile” at Our Fashion One-member Vina Co. Ltd. in Thu Dau Mot City. Van.Besides, over 100,000 skillful workers are working in the field to churn out 400-500 million products a year in the face of recovery of the market.On the other hand, to support enterprises and companies in the textile industry and meet the demands for the last months of 2014, the Department has supported in terms of machines and equipment for purchase orders to be fulfilled with textile exportation.In the face of requirements for sustainable development of textile, the Department has supported small and medium enterprises with machines and equipment to gradually improve production quality to meet the market demands.On such basis, the Industry Promotion and Development Consultancy Center has helped various enterprises to apply science and technology by paying out 30-50% of the project cost. The recent project of Our Fashion One-member Vina Co. Ltd. in Thu Dau Mot City is one of the examples.The project has been initiated since May 2014 at the cost of VND 150 million. The Center came to help with VND 60 million adding up to funding of the company to develop high quality and lean production.Starting production since April 1, 2010, the Company targeted American market – the very demanding textile market. As the matter of fact, the Company has made great efforts and investment to human resources and equipment to apply automatic diagram printing framework to create quality products.In the process, after the original samples are received, Gerber Software is used in terms of checked specifications to create diagram on computer with saving-up materials. After the computing process, the specialized units of the company shall proceed with diagram printing and spread out cloth for cutting and sewing.In the face of great difficulties baring small and medium enterprises, Department of Industry and Trade is ready to support them in terms of scientific research in a bid to improve product quality for sustainable development.Reported by Ho Van – Translated by Vi Bao
