Customs Sub-Department Managing import and export goods outside industrial zones is the first one selected by the Binh Duong Customs Department to pilot the model of "Friendly government and office". After 3 years of implementation, the Branch is always a reliable destination for the business community.

Specifically, if in 2015, the sub-department had completed customs procedures for about 600 enterprises, so far, the sub-department has attracted and invited more than 400 enterprises. Increasing the total number of enterprises carrying out procedures at the branch to over 1,000 enterprises - one of the branches with the highest number of enterprises coming to do procedures of the Binh Duong Customs Department.

With the guideline of whole-hearted guidance, support and service to businesses, over time, the branch always considered the business as a companion and a reliable partner. In addition, the Sub-department implements administrative procedures in accordance with the commitments in the industry's customer service manifesto, thereby shortening the time for customs clearance, reducing paperwork as prescribed.

Along with that, the branch always pays attention to and well carries out the contents of administrative procedure reform in accordance with the commitments in the customer service manifesto, ensuring the clearance time for goods release. The Department also publicly posted administrative procedures, regularly reviewed and updated customs legal documents at the office to help customers catch up with relevant regulations in a timely manner; arrange and arrange tables to guide appropriate administrative procedures.
