The Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs will organize a “Homeland Spring 2013” program for Overseas Vietnamese to welcome the Hung Kings worship ritual of Vietnam as a World Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Last year's eventThe program will be held on February 3 (or the 23rd of the lunar twelfth month) at the main square of Ly Thai To monument, Hanoi with the title “Lightening ancestral land”. The event is organized by the National Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs under the Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, welcoming the 4.5 million-member community to enjoy Tet lunar new year holidays in the homeland.This annual program welcomes the presence of leaders from the Party and State, and other artists from all corners of the world.
