Annually on November 20 or the Vietnamese Teacher Day, the honorable tradition of Vietnamese people is against recalled to promote teacher respects of all time. 
Flowers are presented to teachers as tribute of students In proverbs and folk songs, the philosophy of teacher respects has long been upheld.To to time of President Ho Chi Minh, education has been the central of people’s consideration. He once told us: “If no one is there to teach our children, then, how can socialism be built? Thus, teaching is important and honorable career.”Late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong once appraised: “Teaching profession is the noblest professions among the noble professions.”Mr. Tran Hieu, Deputy Director of Department of Education and Training recalled: “Today is the date when everyone rejoices. Each teacher gains another age; however, they are more determined to the career of enriching human resources. Recalling those passing years moves us all. The social communities honor the teachers who devote all their time to make us proud.”A teacher named Luu Thu Thuy who is a member of Association of veteran teachers in Ben Cat District expressed herself: “The time I went to school, the images of my teachers were so deep in my mind that I chose to become a teacher. The career was a hardship to me; however, it was the pride to see our students grow up and become contributors to the society.”The reality of education and social life has confirmed the important role of teachers who are the core forces of educational cause, being responsible for bringing knowledge to everyone.However, a teacher does not merely teach the knowledge, he/she educates the students as well.Elite teacher Le Ngoc Phuong of Chanh Phu Hoa Junior High School said: “For all times, teacher’s heart is like a guiding torch for generations after generations in terms of knowledge, ethics, and belief.Nowadays, fewer students choose to become teachers because of low salary and demands of life.
