"I love Binh Duong" program brings joy to the elderly

With highly educational contents, unique images about the land and people of Binh Duong, many interesting destinations, the program "I love Binh Duong" has gradually become an interesting entertainment channel that brings joy and happiness for many people, including the elderly.

Many interesting destinations

Joy and delight is still full in local elderly people.  They usually gather at cultural, arts and sports playgrounds to meet and inquire after each other’s health and family. And now they are cheerfully as sharing with each other unique and interesting things of the program "I love Binh Duong".

Sharing with each other before the opening time of a recent volleyball tournament in Thuan Giao ward (Thuan An city), Tran Kim Van (64 years old, living in Dong An 3 quarter, Binh Hoa ward), said he liked episode 5 that has aired recently about the eco-tourism complex of Dau Tieng district. Thanks to "I love Binh Duong", he has taken more interest in beautiful sceneries of high mountains, crystal-clear streams, and large lakes introduced by this program. This is an interesting destination that he and his friends will visit in the near future.

Huynh Thi Dao (living in Chanh Nghia ward, Thu Dau Mot City), this program not only has many good contents but also helps viewers have new experiences as traveling online by an unique program of Binh Duong eNewspapers. Destinations of the first episodes made good impression, such as: Thu Dau Mot Market, Hoi Khanh Pagoda, Phu Loi Prison, Tuong Binh Hiep Lacquer Village, and recently Dau Tieng eco-tourism complex. She thought that a good and meaningful program like this needs to be spread more widely, hence she shared this program with her children and friends. Thereby, the elderly have a chance to teach the historical tradition of Binh Duong homeland to their children and grandchildren.

To spread joy

After the Covid-19 pandemic, entertainment channels on social networking platforms, such as: Zalo, Facebook, Youtube... attract the attention of a large number of elderly people. Therefore, right after the launch of "I love Binh Duong", the elderly in Binh Duong has been happier and more pleased when there is a wonderful entertainment channel branded with the name Binh Duong.

Nguyen Thi Hoa (living in Thuan Giao ward, Thuan An City), said that every Sunday morning she waits and watch "I love Binh Duong", thus her family has more fun from early morning on weekends. Destinations of this program have brought back memories of her youth. She hopes that the next episodes will introduce more historic addresses, as well as cultural beauties, historical traditions with a more attractive narrative so that viewers are able to deeply contemplate land and people of Binh Duong. Thereon, everyone can share and spread the joy and pride of our Binh Duong hometown by sharing links to everywhere, to friends and families living, studying and working abroad.

According to Tran Ngoc Phuong, Vice President of the Elderly Association of Thuan An City, their members were very delighted about the message and meaning of this program. In the future, this association will share "I love Binh Duong" program to more members so that all elderly people can have more useful entertainment channels. Thereby, they can further promote and share the image of Binh Duong land and people with their friends everywhere, encourage their children and grandchildren to develop the nation's traditions, study, work, and dedicate themselves to building the homeland.
