Party Committee Deputy Permanent Secretary Vu Minh Sang has attended with 350 veterans from other provinces and cities in an incense offering ceremony to mark the 52nd anniversary of prison poisoning in Phu Loi on December 01, 1958. Attendees together with visitors of Phu Hoa junior High School and Pétrus Ký School reviewed and denounced the poisoning over 1,000 prisoners being in custody by the USA – Ngo Dinh Diem Clique. On this occasion, 3 mementos were granted to 3 veterans honored by the state.
