Early August 26, Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee held a conference on information dissemination on ocean and islands in 2013. Mr. Tran Van Loi, Member of Standing Committee of Party Committee, cum Secretary of Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee and Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Quy, Deputy Political Head of Vietnamese Marine 129 chaired the conference of nearly 300 delegates.At the conference, the attending delegates listened to summary information about status of Vietnamese ocean and islands regarding the issues and results of information dissemination as well as implementation of construction and defense of Spratly islands of Vietnamese marines.
