Provincial Industrial Parks (Ips) Management Board said that Ips under the Management Board in Q1 2014 absorbed additional 24 enterprises. The result has brought the total number of enterprises in these Ips to 993 or 73% of the total licensed valid enterprises. Of these, there are 625 FDI enterprises or 63% of total and 368 domestic ones or 37%.

Also during the period, Ips under the Management Board took fruits in production and business with a total revenue reaching more than US$1.67bln, up 25% compared to last year’s corresponding period or 22% of the year’s plan.

Their export turnover was estimated at more than US$722mln, up 22% compared to the corresponding period last year. They also paid more than US$39.6mln for State budget, up 17% compared to the same period last year or 23% of the year’s plan.
