Japan’s Akita provincial delegation visits Binh Duong

On Aug. 1, the provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung received the Japan’s Akita provincial delegation led by the provincial vice chairman Michitaka Iwasawa.

Accordingly, the provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung briefed the delegation members on local socio-economic development and simultaneously highly appreciated Japanese investors’ choice for Binh Duong province.

 

At present, as many as 222 Japanese investors are under operation in Binh Duong province with the total capital of about US$4.7bil. Most of these enterprises are in good operation.

 

The provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung hoped that enterprises from   Japan in general and from Akita province in particular will in the coming time keep investing in Binh Duong province. On behalf of the provincial leaders, Cung extended frank thanks to the Japanese Government for ODA capital sources for clean water and environmental sanitation projects.

 

Meanwhile, the delegation members highly appreciated development of Vietnam in general and Binh Duong in particular and said that they would introduce Binh Duong province to Akita provincial authority and entrepreneurs in a bid to promote investment projects in the future.
