Japanese businesses make contributions to local development

 *Work starts on Midori Park The TEN Project in Binh Duong new city

Early January 12, Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly deputy delegation had a meeting with Ono Masuo, Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh city. The event was also attended by Nguyen Van Danh, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of relevant departments, sectors and Becamex IDC.

At the reception, Mr.Loi said that in 2023, despite many difficulties and challenges, Binh Duong achieved and exceeded the set targets. The result came from the efforts by the local Party Committee, government and people. It was also contributed by the Japanese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh city and Japanese businesses investing in Binh Duong.

He hopes to further receive support and close cooperation from the Consulate General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City, so that the friendly cooperative relationship between Binh Duong province and Japanese partners will be consolidated, contributing to strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Japan.

 

On this occasion, Mr.Loi shared about the losses after the earthquake that occurred on January 1, causing great damage to people and property in some localities in Japan, especially at the epicenter of Ishikawa Prefecture. He believes that with the strong resilience and solidarity, the support and recovery of the Japanese Government, the sharing of international partners and friends..., localities affected by the earthquake in Japan will soon overcome this difficult to stabilize and reach stronger development.

Mr. Ono Masuo thanked leaders of Binh Duong province for taking the time to welcome the delegation while also appreciating the sharing of the leaders and people of Binh Duong province towards Japan, Ishikawa province and those affected by the recent earthquake. He said that in addition to the efforts by the Japanese Government and people, the timely sharing of Binh Duong province as well as Vietnam in general and the international community is a great source of encouragement for Japan to overcome difficulties.

Mr. Ono Masuo spoke highly of the efforts by provincial leaders and Mr.Loi for drastically directing the improvement of the investment environment by helping remove obstacles so that Japanese businesses in particular and the business community in general can operate more effectively. Mr. Ono Masuo also hoped that provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi will continue paying attention and creating favorable conditions for Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd. to continue operating effectively, contributing to developing a more and more modern and civilized Binh Duong city.

The project is invested by Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd.
