Implementation of Directive No. 03 of the Politburo on promoting the learning and following Ho Chi Minh's moral examples, the local Party committee and people of Dinh Hiep Commune, Dau Tieng District have been actively learning and training ethical practice and lifestyles following the examples of Uncle Ho; thereby contributing to the implementation of complete local political tasks.  Certificates are awarded to the winning teams and individuals in storytelling contest about Ho Chi Minh's moral examples  Dinh Hiep Commune is one of the 4 units of Dau Tieng District party committee selected as the pivotal unit of the learning and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example. So, the local Party committee, government and mass organizations in the commune have actively deployed propaganda among the party members and the masses of learning and following Uncle Ho's moral example. The learning and following Uncle Ho's moral examples at Dinh Hiep Commune have become regular activities, self-discipline in all activities of the branches and units in the area. Mr. Le Xuan Mo from Hiep Tho hamlet Party cell of Dinh Hiep commune said that the implementation of this study was assigned to each unit to monitor the mass meeting where a story story about Uncle Ho should be told upon such meeting. Mr. Le Xuan Mo said: "Most of the members are aware of the learning and following Uncle Ho, thus, local activities saw many positive changes. The construction of cultural villages is interested in doing; The Party committee and the Veterans Association activities have been more regularly; teaching children and propagation of laws have been more concerned. Hiep Tho Hamlet in 3 years has been recognized as an excellent village achieving cultural title" The learning and following Ho Chi Minh's moral examples at Dinh Hiep Commune have brought many positive changes to the lives and activities of academic staffs, the units and the people. Ms. Pham Bich Ngoc, Principal of Dinh Hiep Primary School said, monthly the school would implement reminders in the school's pedagogical council and student learning and following Uncle Ho's moral examples physically to be saving time, saving electricity, water, and spendings. That was one of the results contributing to the spending of the school for many years.For many years, the school has fulfilled their duties to win People's Party Committee rewards. Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang, Deputy Party Secretary, Chair of Dinh Hiep Commune People's Council, said the local Party cell is always oriented to the propagation of learning and following Uncle Ho accross establishments, unions and associations.The commune has organized advocacy through the radio system 2 days a week for dissemination in the cells of the speech of Prof. Hoang Chi Bao on Ho Chi Minh's moral examples. Recently, on summing up the 5-year learning and following the moral example of Uncle Ho and the first year of implementing the Directive 03, the Party Committee of Dinh Hiep Commune held a storytelling contest on Ho Chi Minh's moral examples. The contest drew contestants from 14 cells of local kindergarten and Party cell of Rubber Plantation Doan Van Tien. This was an opportunity for staff, units, and the masses of the area to find out more about ideological and moral examples of Uncle Ho, stirring up the learning and ethic training efforts by examples of Uncle Ho to complete the tasks of politics of local construction and increasingly prosperous development.
