On December 10th, Propaganda and Training Board of provincial Party Committee held Lecturer conference of the fourth quarter of 2013. Provincial Party’s Standing Committee Member cum Head of Propaganda and Training Board Mr. Nguyen Minh Giao presided at the conference.At the conference, representatives were universalized provincial economic developing condition and attraction for foreign investment in 2013, international and domestic political current affairs. Mr. Giao gave guidelines of propaganda for the next year.
