Recently at the Center for Information and Communication Technology of the province, a training course on librarian skills was held for 110 trainees who are department heads, deputy heads, civil servants, public employees, people in charge of archives work of the agency, civil servants and officials of specialized departments of agencies, units and localities. The training course took place in 3 days and led by Dr. Nguyen Thi Ly - Deputy Head of Administration - General Faculty of University of Social Sciences and Humanities of Ho Chi Minh city.
The training course is regularly organized by the Department of Home Affairs to create conditions for officials, civil servants and public employees to promptly grasp the provisions of the laws. Thereon, the heads of agencies have a basis to pay attention to and direct the observance of legal regulations on clerical and archival work; at the same time, raising awareness of civil servants about archival work, especially the use of electronic documents in the activities of agencies and organizations, and the making, submission and keeping of records.
