On Feb. 10, Nguyen Huu Tu, vice secretary of the provincial party committee and Tran Thanh Liem, vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee worked with a key cadre delegation of Quang Ngai province led by Tran Van Minh, vice secretary of Quang Ngai provincial party committee.
