Since the start of this year, thanks to good attention to Party development work, local party committee for corporate bloc has admitted 143 more party members at its affiliates, reaching 179% of its yearly plan.

The entire bloc has so far had 2,079 party members operating at 62 grassroot party cells. To raise party members and laborers’ awareness, the bloc opened 2 training classes on political argument for 250 new party members and 3 Party awareness classes for 426 elite people.  

Together with good attention to political education and thought for party members and laborers, the bloc has excelled other activities. Specifically, the bloc has held healthy and useful playgrounds for young workers. Of these, the 3rd festive day for young workers, held at My Phuoc IP, lured participation of thousands of workers.

In addition, the bloc has steered locals to pay attention to laborers’ material and spiritual life. For example, in the past 9 months of 2010, as many as 17,378 new trade unionists and 65 locals were admitted and established. So far, the bloc has had 144,617 unionists and 575 locals.

Through many forms, all level trade unions have provided unionists with knowledge on labor code and helped them solve complaints.
