Reportedly, the provincial budget collection in 2012 is estimated at VND24tril, reaching 94% of the estimate entrusted by Government and 89% of the estimate entrusted by the provincial People’s Council. Meanwhile, total local expenditure for development investment in 2012 is at VND4,355, investment in basic construction at VND3,800bil, winning 129% of the Government’s estimate and 100% of provincial People’s Council’s estimate.
