The Finance Ministry issued document guiding taxpayers to submit files of tax balance-sheet till the end of May 31. The Ministry issued the decision after receiving reflection from tax bureaus and taxpayers. Earlier, the Ministry delivered a Circular No.20/2010/TT-BTC adjusting and adding some administrative procedures on personal income tax (PIT).

Tax bureaus in districts and towns just offered guidance of tax balance-sheet 2009 for accountants of local companies and administrative units. Participants learnt about supportive solutions of tax balance sheet 2009 and among others. Tax bureaus at localities installed and guided companies’ accountants and individuals to use supportive software.
