To raise the quality of human resources in the 2011-2015 period, relevant departments and agencies have mapped out and submitted 7 out of 9 projects on human resources assurance on all areas to the provincial party committee and People’s Committee.

In terms of training for cadres, public servants and employees, the provincial Home Affairs Department has mapped out plans on manpower training in 2012. as a result, there are 6 people being chosen to training courses, 2 of whom are chosen for training abroad.

At the meeting, the provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung suggested to continue opening the 2nd training class for key cadres and training abroad should give priority to medical sector.
