Early October 15, the Office of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to mark its traditional 82nd year anniversary from Oct. 18, 1930 to Oct. 18, 2012. Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Council, Mr. Vu Minh Sang and former leader of the Office attended the meeting.
