Motivation for great values

“Well working, creatively working” is a major emulation movement regularly launched by province-based Industrial Parks (Ips)’Trade Union for the 2018-2019 period. The emulation movement has become a motivation for great values, contributing to helping enterprises at the Ips reach sustainable development.

Motivation for emulation

Province-based Ips’Trade Union constantly launched many emulation movements over the past time, contributing to excellently fulfilling enterprises’ production and business activities. Particularly, the emulation movement of “Upholding technical initiatives, innovations, streamlining production, ensuring labor safety-hygiene and fire-explosive prevention” was promoted among enterprises with practical slogans, namely “Ensuring safety in production”, “Making emulation to improve productivity, quality of products”…

Mai Thanh Thao, Chairwoman of province-based Ips’Trade Union said that emulation movements contributed to arousing workers’ creation and flexibility, helping them be engrossed in work.  For higher efficiency, province-based Trade Union and its branches will further streamline emulation movements under the Law on Emulation and Reward with focus on grassroots level. They will also continue honoring outstanding collectives, individuals in emulation movements; widely multiply exemplary role-models in the emulation movement of “well working, creatively working”…

Creative encouragement

Reportedly, many outstanding collectives and individuals were discovered through emulation movements. Trade Union locals coordinated with company directorates to implement emulation movements in production, greatly contributing to enterprises’ development.

For example, the “well working, creatively working” emulation movement was strongly developed at Scancom Vietnam Co.Ltd. Lu Quang Thu, Chairman of the company’s Trade Union Chairman said that since being launched, the emulation movement has received enthusiastic response from workers. The company now has an innovative part with workers’ technical initiatives and innovations, bringing benefits to it.

According to statistics, thanks to the emulation movement, more than 1,000 technical initiatives and useful solutions from workers were applied by enterprises annually with more than VND70billion in benefit. Some typical workers in the emulation movement include Pham Van Duc of Asama Co.Ltd. in the Song Than 2 IP, Nguyen Thi Hoai Thanh of Triumph Vietnam Co.Ltd. in the Song Than 1 IP…

Possibly speaking, the “well working, creatively working” emulation movement over the past time absorbed numerous laborers, bringing benefits to enterprises and the locality while contributing to building up a strong Trade Union.
