On November 05, 2010, Binh Duong PPC issued Decision No. 38/2010/QD-UBND stipulating on passenger transportation subcharges on vehicles in and out of the province. The subcharges are paid by vehicles owners to the stations according to length of the route and weight and size of vehicles not including driver seat and assistant seat.

 

The 1st grade stations invested by State’s budget will have subcharge of VND 2,000 per passenger seat. As for 1st grade socialized stations, the subcharges are as follows:

Subsidized buses will pay subcharge of VND 2,000 per trip while not subsidized buses will pay VND 6,000 per trip. The decision is valid from and on November 15, 2010
