New regulations on procedure of resolving administrative complaints

PPC has issued a decision on procedure of resolving administrative complaints in territory of Binh Duong province. Accordingly, from April 13^th 2015, the order and procedure of resolving complaints about administrative decisions and acts of administrative organs of the State, of competent persons in administrative agencies, and disciplinary decisions of officials and civil servants from the time of acceptance, verification, conclusion of the complaints to publishing decisions of complaints resolve were specified.

Subjects included State administrative agencies; persons having jurisdiction to resolve complaints; persons assigned to verifying the complaints; complainants; complained persons… 

The settlement of complaints against disciplinary decisions of public servants must comply with law of public servant and Circular No. 07/2013 / TT-TTCP of Government Inspectorate. Complaint resolving through the activities of the inspection team must comply with law on inspection, and other relevant provisions.
