*Tan Long commune in Phu Giao district yesterday held a get-together to mark the 78^th anniversary of traditional day of the Vietnamese Elderly (June 6, 1941-June 6, 2019).

At the get-together, the local elderly people reviewed the tradition of the Vietnamese Elderly and took part in an art performance exchange. On this occasion, the communal Association for the Elderly offered 53 gifts to elderly people aged at 70, 75, 80, 85, 90 and 95.

*Binh Chuan ward in Thuan An town has just organized a get-together for the local elderly on the 78^th anniversary of traditional day of the Vietnamese Elderly (June 6, 1941-June 6, 2019).

At the get-together, members of the ward’s Association for the Elderly reviewed the significance of traditional day of the Vietnamese Elderly and partially summed up the association’s 6-month activities. On this occasion, the ward’s Association for the Elderly congratulated more than 200 elderly people aged at 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90 and 95 on their longevity.
