It is the idea of the provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung at the July 29 meeting on ratifying draft regulations of implementing the Land Law 2013 under competency of the provincial administration.

 

Accordingly, the provincial department of Natural Resources and Environment submitted drafts on stipulating some issues relating to registration procedures of land, asset; drafts on minimum area of land lot separation; granting of land use and house property right certificates, among others.

 

Ideas and discussions at the meeting referred to regulation of minimum area of land lot separation, duration of implementing legal procedures relating to land purchase and selling and so on.

 

The provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung noted that the Land Law 2013 takes effect, so all contents of the law must be listed into Binh Duong’s concrete regulations.

 

In addition, relevant sides should re-check former documents and reinforce regulations of implementing the Land Law 2013 in a bid to ward off shortcomings for enterprises and people.
