Online public service and OSS portal of Binh Duong is in national top provinces and cities

According to evaluation of the Government's office, Public services and OSS portal of Binh Duong province has been regularly in top list of provinces and cities that most effectively implement the synchronization with National Public service portal. Binh Duong provincial public service portal has provided 1,088 online public services of level 3 and level 4 with a total of 1,964 administrative procedures. Hotline 1022 transferred 1,025 reports and recommendations, to 47 clues of departments, departments and branches with a satisfactory response rate of 77%.

The provincial portal was built and has been upgrading since 2015 to meet technical standards of Ministry of Information and Communications, reaching 1 million visits / year.
