Ministry of Finance has just issued Circular No. 130/2017 / TT-BTC amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 215/2016 / TT-BTC regulating the rates, regime of collection, payment, management and use the fees for providing information of enterprises, fees for business registration.
Specifically, the circular amends and supplements Article 5 of Circular No. 215/2016 / TT-BTC on subjects entitled to free of charges and fees. Accordingly, enterprises supplementing, changing information, due to changes of administrative boundaries, are exempt from fees for enterprise registration and fees for announcement of registered enterprises. Registration of enterprise dissolution, suspension of business; termination of operation of branches, representative offices and business locations shall be exempt from registration fee. State agencies requesting the provision of information for state management are exempt from fee for provision of information on enterprises. Small and medium enterprises converted from business households are exempted from registration fee and the fee for providing information for the first time.
This Circular also amends and supplements Point a, Item 1 and Point 2 of Business registration fees and charges issued together with Circular No. 215/2016 / TT-BTC.
