Only 320 poor households currently in Di An city

According to the People's Committee of Di An city, currently 320 poor households, decreasing by 3 from the end of 2021, accounting for 0.76% of the total number of households are in Di An city; nearly-poor households are  203. In many ways, the city has been supporting and taking care of poor and nearly-poor households, striving to reduce the rate of poor households in the last months of 2022. Statistics on total city spending on Tet in 2022 was VND 17,532 billion VND, of which, the city budget spent VND 4,483 billion and the gratitude fund of VND 79.5 million. In addition, the city also gave Tet gifts to 90 disadvantaged children with the amount of VND 81 million.

Currently, the city is promoting activities to take care and support for the poor, timely and fully implement financial support policies and regimes for people with meritorious services, policy beneficiaries, society and public disadvantaged people, poor households and children with gender equality.
