Organization for 11th provincial Trade Union congress under review

On October 20, provincial Labor Union held a conference to summarize the work of organizing the 11th provincial Trade Union congress for the 2023-2028 tenure.

At the conference, Nguyen Hoang Bao Tran, Permanent Vice-Chairwoman of provincial Labor Union reviewed preparation for the congress, organization and management of the results of the congress. Reportedly, personnel work at the congress was carried out to ensure the principles and instructions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the direction of provincial Party Standing Committee. The Presidium well performed its role in running the congress. The election results met requirements and tasks; elected a new Executive Committee with high professional qualifications, political stance, practical capacity and ability to lead provincial Trade Union to successfully implement the resolution of the congress. The Executive Board, Standing Board and key leadership positions were elected under the structure, ensuring standards.

Delegates attending the congress well upheld their responsibility, solidarity, unified will and sense of responsibility towards trade unionists and workers in the province; demonstrated political determination and strictly implemented rules and regulations of the congress. They contributed practical ideas to the draft documents and resolutions of the congress. Most of the opinions were of high quality, raising specific issues while proposing many practical solutions in carrying out the tasks of the next tenure.

On this occasion, 3 individuals were honored to receive mementoes for the cause of building the Trade Union from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Provincial Labor Union also rewarded 9 collectives and 16 individuals with achievements in emulation activities to welcome the 11th provincial Trade Union congress for the 2023-2028 tenure.
