Accumulated to November 2020, the provincial public service portal has provided 1,100 online public services at level 3 and level 4, of which, level-3 services are 339, level-4 761 out of totally 1,958 services, reaching the rate of 38.87% at level 4 and meeting the implementation of at least 30% of online public services performed at level 4 according to government's Resolution No. 17/NQCP dated March 7, 2019 and Decision No. 2431/QD-UBND dated August 22, 2019 of Binh Duong provincial People's Committee.
Currently, Binh Duong provincial Department of Information and Communication continues to direct its Center of Information Technology and Communications to gather resources and coordinate with departments, branches, and district-level People's Committees to urgently implement the raise of public service quantity at level 4 under the direction of the Prime Minister, to direct the units in charge of the province's 1022 hot-line to update information and to guide people and businesses to use level-3 and level-4 public services.
Concurrently, the Department coordinates with the mass media to organize propaganda about the use of online public services to help people and to limit traveling times and to reduce costs.
