Early August 22, BInh Duong Police held a conference to sum up 5 years of implementing Directive No. 05/CT-BCA of Ministry of Public Security on continual promotion of movement of “people’s police learning and following 6 teachings of President Ho Chi Minh” with participation of nearly 200 delegates as representatives of police forces in communes, wards, town-lets, enterprises, and units. Deputy Chair of People’s Committee, Mr. Huynh Van Nhi awards merit certificate of the People’s Committee to collectives and individuals for their achievements Deputy Chair of Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Huynh Van Nhi highly evaluated achievements made by the movement; however, so as to promote effectiveness, Directive No. 09 of the Secretariat of Central Committee of CPV on enhancement of Party’s leadership should be continually implemented; all-level of Party Committee should be consulted to implement national program of crime prevention and fight with determination to down turn crime offenses. On the occasion, Binh Duong Police announced merit decisions of Ministry of Public Security, Provincial People’s Committee, and Director of Binh Duong Police to over 100 collectives and individuals for their achievements in movement of national defense by the public and movement of “people’s police learning and following 6 teachings of President Ho Chi Minh”.
