After more than 1 year of implementing the project to develop the application of population data, identification and electronic authentication for national digital transformation in 2022-2025 with vision to 2030 (or Project 06) ), Police of Di An city is one of the leading units of the province in implementing the tasks in Project 06, in which the highlight is the model of online public service deployment point under Project 06.

As of May 11, the city has completed recording civil status data on the basis of the National Database of the National Assembly, and imported more than 114,200 data entries. City leaders also directed the Justice Department to coordinate with the Police and the People's Committees of the wards to verify and handle cases of discrepancies between civil status data and population data.

According to Major Nguyen Phong Vinh - Captain of the Police for administrative management of social order in Di An city, as of May 11, the total population of 14 years old or older in the city is eligible for citizen identification, which is 284,733 applications. 281,309 cases, of which 157,256 cases are permanent residents and 124,053 cases are temporary residence, have received and issued with the citizenship ID cards. Currently, Di An city Police is maintaining the work of cleaning residential information, ensuring that 100% of citizens are fully informed of their identification codes and deploying electronic identification accounts to bring convenience to all citizens and beneficial to the people.
