According to Provincial Department of Planning and Investment, in 2023, the province attracted 7,006 newly registered enterprises, an increase of 9.3% over the same period last year, with a total registered business capital of over 51,571 billion VND, an increase 25% over the same period. Up to now, the whole province has 66,102 enterprises registering their business, with a total registered capital of more than 726,847 billion VND.
The number of newly registered businesses and registered capital both increased over the same period last year, showing that the policy to solve difficulties is gradually effective and the province's economy is improving amid the global economic instability. In the coming time, Binh Duong will enhance the restoration of socio-economic development, actively remove difficulties, and maintain production and business activities of enterprises. Departments, committees and branches of the province continue to review and reduce the time to carry out procedures for establishing businesses, issuing investment registration certificates, customs, and paying taxes for businesses. Besides, the province regularly organizes dialogues and meetings with businesses and industry associations to resolve difficulties and obstacles, and support the development of the startup ecosystem integrated with the implementation of the Smart City and Binh Duong Innovation Region.
