Over VND2bln provided for flood-hit people in Quang Binh

A relief delegation of Binh Duong visited and presented VND1bln (photo) and 2,000 gifts and medicine worth nearly VND1.2bln for flood-stricken people in the central province of Quang Binh.

 The delegation visited and donated gifts worth VND400,000 each funded by Becamex IDC, including sugar, seasoning power, cooking oil, rice, baskets, mosquito-nets…, to flood-hit people in Le Thuy district’s Huong Thuy commune, Bo Trach district’s Son Trach, Lien Trach communes, Quang Trach district’s Quang Thanh, Quang Thuan communes.

 Leaders of the central province said that they would allocate VND1bln funded by Binh Duong’s people and businesses to localities seriously damaged by flood to help locals soon overcome flood consequences and stabilize their lives.

 On this occasion, Dao Thi Thanh Nguyen, General Director of Thanh Le General Import-Export Trading Corp. also donated VND1.5mln to Le Tran Hai Yen aged 3 whose arm was broken when evacuating to avoid flood.
