In this situation, the province has implemented many solutions to invest in building and developing transport infrastructure systems, especially attracting resources outside the State budget. As a result, the transport infrastructure system of the province is invested to build, upgrade and expand, connect inside and outside the province but still cannot keep up with the speed of growth and development of vehicles in the area.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee has directed functional units to implement many solutions to control and overcome traffic congestion but have not met the actual demand. For the investment in upgrading and expanding BOT projects in the province in the past time, it is ensured according to the legal documents of the State. The province also implemented socialization of resources for investment in infrastructure development for socio-economic development.

In order to facilitate the circulation and transportation of goods to serve development needs in the coming time, the province has assigned the Department of Transport - Transportation to study and propose to rearrange the location of toll booths to General rationalization for transportation networks. On that basis, the province has so far approved a plan to rearrange BOT toll booths in the direction of reducing toll booths and rationalizing in terms of organizing traffic flow.
