In recent years, the new city of Binh Duong is not only the choice of investors, businesses, experts and businessmen but also the residence of people in all provinces and cities in the country. Along with the development of transport infrastructure, service facilities also thrive including the education system, with a rapidly growing network of schools and classes.

International universities

The development highlight of the new city’s education system is the birth of Eastern International University (EIU). Binh Duong has another university for students to choose from for the future study path. The difference here is that the EIU attracts graduates from many European and American countries. The school's mission is to train students in the direction of research and application, qualified in both professions and foreign languages, being oriented to the ideology of community chemistry and training according to the practical development needs, contributing to promoting the sustainable development of the country.

Dr. Nguyen Van Phuc, President of EIU, said that the university has been invested by Becamex IDC in terms of modern construction, equipped with laboratories and training programs from nations such as USA, UK, and Germany. The investment is aimed at creating an international university environment that will enable them to study on the spot with cheap tuition and create distinct values ​​that promote quality. The school's training is asymptomatic with international standards. With the aim of training students in theories and good at practice, students of EIU are going to practice in enterprises developed by Becamex IDC and at the partner business of Becamex IDC. As a result, they have the qualifications, knowledge and abilities that are appropriate for their professional graduation, and adapt immediately to their jobs when they graduate.

Talking about the quality of training at the school, Bui Van Ga, Deputy Minister of Education and Training, praised EIU's training methods. The university spends the first year teaching its students compulsory subjects and enriching English with foreign specialists. In the following years, they study business subjects and internships. This is a new trend towards high quality and international integration, we highly welcome EIU to pioneer the experience of replicating this model in the country.

Highly appreciating the development and potentials of Binh Duong New City, from 2012, Vietnamese-German University (VGU) has also moved its facilities from Thu Duc (Ho Chi Minh City) to Binh Duong New City. VGU has provided the opportunity to study in modern environment by advanced training programs for students not only in the province but also in the South-East region of Vietnam. VGU provides high quality human resources for the socio-economic development of Vietnam in general and of the Southern Key Economic Zone in particular. Currently, VGU has developed 11 higher education and graduate programs, including specialized technical-technological fields, economic branches and management spearhead of Germany. Professor, Doctor Juergen Mallon, President of VGU shares that the VGU's mission is to build and develop as a new model university focused on researches; the results have shown that the project is feasible. VGU is conducting basic research while applying research in cooperation with businesses to contribute to the socio-economic development of Vietnam and to help Vietnam become an industrialized nation by 2020.

Being an international university, VGU has set high enrollment standards, attracting distinction students. Once enrolled at VGU, students have the opportunity to further develop, as the university invests in practice rooms and modern and internationally-accredited researches. In recent years, VGU students have consistently achieved impressive results, winning many awards in the field of researches and creative sciences.

All-level schooling level developed

More and more people are getting to and settling down in Binh Duong new city – a land of prosperity. Being worthy of a city, while meeting the needs of children in the province and elsewhere in addition to international universities, all-level schools have grown fast. Public schools such as: Hoa Phu Kindergarten, Hoa Phu Primary School, Phu Tan Primary School are built in scale and modernly in accordance with national standards; the investment of each school is from VND 50 to 70 billion. People working outside the province settled in the new city feel very secure when their children have a place to study.

It can be said that the education system in Binh Duong new city diverse, serving many objects. Schools such as Ngo Thoi Nhiem and Nguyen Khuyen are among the best choices for parents and students. The new city of Binh Duong has been attracting many experts from countries coming here to work. Singapore International School has typically been constructed for foreign children. In addition, the school also attracts students who are children of people who have high living standards to study.

In recent years, Binh Duong new city has left a strong impression on the whole country, including education and training system. The development of schools at all levels, especially international universities in Binh Duong New City, contributes to the training of high quality human resources for the cause of industrialization and modernization of the province.
