After 18 times of organizing the competition for good workers in tapping rubber latex, Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Co. (JVC) has made strong changes in the emulation movements. The contest has also contributed to raising the skill of the company’s workers and increasing the company’s rubber latex output and productivity.

 With a staff of 5,800 officials and workers, Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Co. now manages more than 15,000 ha of rubber trees, more than 11,000 ha of which are under exploitation. So far, 99% of the company’s workers have reached good skill.

Particularly, the company last year exploited 24,091 tons of rubber latex or 107.75% of the plan with the average productivity of 2.03 tons/ha.  It is known that this year’s competition for good workers in tapping rubber latex at the company saw more improvement, aiming to enhancing its quality. As a result, 100% of candidates got excellent results at the competition.

 Regarding the emulation movements among the company’s workers, Le Phi Hung, Deputy General Director of the company said that training in workers’ skill is one of the important elements to improving the company’s rubber latex output and productivity.
