Plan of talkshows between provincial leaders and employees extended

Provincial People’s Committee has just instructed concerned agencies to map out a plan on organization of talkshows with employees. This aims to catch the local employees and Trade Union officials’ aspiration, feelings on the issues pertaining to State administration in terms of economics and society.

The province is expected to organize 4 talkshows with laborers in Tan Uyen, Ben Cat, Di An and Thuan An towns in May, July, September and October, 2015, respectively.

The talkshows will contribute to raising employers and employees’ awareness of law observance, protecting employees’ legitimate rights and interests, taking good care of their lives, thereby having long attachment with enterprises. They will also contribute to building up advanced, stable and harmonious labor relations among enterprises in a bid to successfully realize the set targets on socio-economic development, maintaining political security, social order and safety in the locality.
