Provincial People’s Committee promulgated regulations of collaborators checking normative documents of the province. Accordingly, regulations specified range, subjects, agencies checking documents, working rules for collaborators… Agencies entitled to normative document reviewing are Department of Justice, Justice Offices, which help People’s Committees at the same levels to conduct reviewing, checking documents in accordance with governmental regulations. Collaborators are qualified, eligible people having collaborator contract signed by Justice Department Director, Justice Office Heads. After contract signing, collaborators will be assigned to help Justice Department and Offices to carry out checking documents of complex specialties in order to detect contents, which are inappropriate to laws, and suggest abolishment from entitled governmental bodies.Reported by Song Tra – Translated by Ngoc Huynh
