Also according to Doan Hong Tuoi, the demand for workers applying to companies to work under the "3 on-site" production model has increased significantly. Some have the need to return to their hometowns. Communes and wards in the town have regularly controlled and strictly managed the movement of people to ensure social distancing. The town has only allowed essential business establishments to reopen, but must ensure strict implementation of regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control.
Tan Uyen town has had 1,000 enterprises registering to implement the "3 on-site” production model with more than 86,000 employees. In the spirit of "production must be safe, safe to be produced", the town has set up inspection delegations for "3-on-site" enterprises to grasp their operational situation as well as supervising their implementation of Covid-19 prevention and control; guide them to coordinate with private medical facilities and mobile medical stations to implement Covid-19 prevention and control; request them not to allow workers to leave when there are not enough conditions.
At the meeting, Mr. Dung spoke highly the efforts by Tan Uyen town in controlling the pandemic, especially narrowing the "red zones", greening the risk zones. He noted that in order to recover the local socio-economic activities, the town needs to further maintain Covid-19 prevention and control, well conduct testing to separate F0 cases from the community and administer the second shot of Covid-19 vaccine for people when receiving vaccines distributed by the province.
The town also needs to strengthen propaganda so that people can feel secure to stay in their places of residence, being ready to return to work; disseminate a plan on the 2nd shot vaccination among people while paying attention to ensuring social welfare.
Focusing on eradicating "red spots"
Nguyen Loc Ha and members of the inspection team were informed by Bau Bang district’s Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control that Lai Uyen still has "yellow spots" in the "green zone". The district is continuing conducting testing to separate F0 cases from the community every 1,3 and 5 days in the "yellow spots". The district has also established 8 mobile medical stations and is mobilizing doctors and nurses at the grassroots level to focus human resources on Covid-19 treatment areas to replace the retreating support groups.

The province also needs to issue specific guidance documents in the appraisal of "green lodging facilities" in the "3 green" model for enterprises in accordance with regulations.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Ha suggested that Bau Bang district should continue drastically implementing measures against the pandemic and mobilize all resources on eradicating the remaining "yellow spots" so that the district turns green completely.
