To better serve the travel needs of people during the National Day holiday September 2, the Provincial Department of Transport asked the Office of Vehicle and Transport Management to coordinate with the Center for Management and Operation of Public Passenger Transport, provincial bus stations, and transport businesses to organize and operate transport activities during the holiday smoothly and safely.

At the same time, the department requires relevant units to arrange for staff on duty regularly to promptly issue badges to additional vehicles at bus stations, receive and process information through journey monitoring devices and the hotline number of the Department of Transport on the situation of transport activities in the province.

The Provincial Department of Transport directs specialized units to require drivers and service staff on vehicles to operate on the correct routes, schedules, and registered itineraries, sell tickets at the correct price, and improve passenger service; vehicle operators must inspect, repair and maintain vehicles to ensure good technical condition; drivers are strictly prohibited from drinking alcohol while driving, raising fares, and picking up and dropping off passengers in violation of regulations.
