In the 2009 and 2010 academic year, province-based vocational training facilities have given vocational training to 32,019 learners, contributing to raising the ratio of trained laborers to more than 60%.

Skills that currently lure many learners are computer installation and repair techniques, internet administration, industrial electricity…Along with them, there are more skills for rural laborers, including biotope, mushroom-growing techniques, safe vegetable-growing techniques…, raising the number of skills in the province to 66.
According to a plan from provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the province is expected to give vocational training to 35,000 learners in 2011, contributing to lifting the ratio of the local trained laborers up 62%.
