Provincial Customs Sub-department holds dialogue with South Korean businesses

Provincial Customs Sub-department in collaboration with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI)’s HCM city branch, on Mar.17, organized a dialogue with 80 South Korean businesses operating in the province.

At the dialogue, representatives of the divisions under provincial Customs sub-Department informed enterprises of regulations regarding the certificate of goods (C/O) under the Government’s Decree No.19/ND-CP and the Ministry of Industry-Trade’s Circular No.28/2015/TT-BCT. They also satisfactorily answered enterprises’queries on the C/O and preferential tariff when trading in materials in member states of the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement and exporting goods to the U.S…
