According to rankings of the Public Administration Reform Index 2021 (PAR Index) of departments, agencies, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, and People's Committees of communes, wards and townships in the province, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism ranked 3rd out of 18 departments, agencies and sectors, and was the fourth consecutive year in the Top 3 departments, agencies and sectors topped the provincial PAR Index, and was awarded certificates of merit by Provincial People's Committee. The of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism scored 89.42 points in PAR Index 2021 and gained an increase of 0.28 points in Satisfaction Index (SIPAS) compared to 2020.
In the 9 months of 2022, the department provided consultancy for the Chairman of Provincial People's Committee on 152 standardized administrative procedures within the competence of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; District-level People's Committee; Commune-level People's Committee. The Department also issued a plan to implement PAR targets in 2022; instructed and assisted organizations and individuals to carry out administrative procedures through online public services. Currently, 100% (574/574) of administrative procedures are received and handled through level-4 online public services, an increase of nearly 40% compared to the same period in 2021.
