Provincial leaders pay gift visit to heroic Vietnamese mothers

Early December 17, a delegation of provincial leaders, led by Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee visited and offered gifts to heroic Vietnamese mothers in Thuan An town, namely Nguyen Thi Dinh in Lai Thieu ward, Pham Thi Truu and Nguyen Thi Dau in Binh Hoa ward and Tran Thi Lu in An Son commune.

On the behalf of the delegation, Mr.Liem extended best regards to the mothers while paying tribute to them. He also wanted that they will further encourage descendants to uphold their families’ revolutionary tradition in learning and working, contributing to building up a more and more prosperous and beautiful homeland.

It is known that on the occasion of the 75^th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army (December 22, 1944-December 22, 2019) and the 30^th All-People’ Defence Festival (December 22, 1989-December 22, 2019), provincial leaders have organized many delegations to visit and offer gifts to 53 heroic Vietnamese mothers. Each gift includes VND1.5million in cash and essential commodities worth VND500,000.
