Early October 23rd, provincial Party Standing Committee held the conference of disseminating of Cipher Law and instructive documents. Nearly 100 representatives of sectors, agencies, organizations of localities, subordinate Party committees, cadres, employees doing cipher activities in the province took part in the conference.At the conference, Governmental Cipher Board presented contents of Cipher Law promulgated by the 13th National Assembly; and inform about the conditions of governmental secrets revealing.
