Provincial Party Committee Secretary visits, presents gifts to heroic Vietnamese mother

On February 7, Mai The Trung, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee (photo) led a delegation of provincial leaders visited heroic Vietnamese mother Nguyen Thi Dieu and 5 outstanding policy beneficiaries in Ben Cat town’s Tan Dinh ward on the occasion of the 2015 Tet (Lunar New Year) festival.

In each visiting place, on behalf of the delegation, Mr.Trung extended best regards to heroic Vietnamese mothers and policy beneficiary families. The delegation also held a ceremony to give gifts for 32 poor households, 23 poor-near ones and 50 children with extremely difficult circumstances in the ward.

At the ceremony, Mr.Trung said that Binh Duong always attached special importance to eradicating hunger, reducing poverty and taking care of policy beneficiaries over the past time, so the task gained positive results. He also suggested the local government to pay more attention to the task while wishing people and the locality a new year with many strides together with better life.

*The same day, the delegation also paid a visit to officials and soldiers of the Infantry Regiment 6 stationed in Bau Bang district’s Lai Hung commune. Here, Mr.Trung extended best regards to officials, soldiers and their families a happy new year.

It is known that the Infantry Regiment 6 excelled at training professional soldiers; well realized the emulation movement of “Building up green-clean and beautiful barracks”; increased production to improve the lives of officials and soldiers.
