Early December 3rd, provincial People’s Committee Chairman Le Thanh Cung received Bernabe Garcia Valido, who has started his term as the new Cuban Consulate General at HCM City.  Provincial People’s Committee Chairman Le Thanh Cung (R) offered souvenirs to Mr. Bernabe Garcia Valido. On behalf of provincial leaders, Mr. Le Thanh Cung congratulated Mr. Bernabe Garcia Valido on his new assignment in Vietnam. Simultaneously, Mr. Cung wished Mr. Bernabe Valio would accomplish excellently his mission, impulsing the brotherhood relationship between Vietnam and Cuba. Mr. Le Thanh Cung informed about socioeconomic development of Binh Duong province in recent years as well as expressed the expectation that Binh Duong’s enterprises could have chances to invest in Cuba. The new Cuban Consulate General Bernabe Garcia Valido showed his thankfulness for the receiving of provincial leaders. He was also impressed by the development of Binh Duong province, especially in field of industry. Mr. Bernabe Garcia Valido pledged his best efforts to provide a link between two countries, and create optimal conditions for enterprises of the two countries could carry out economic cooperation in the near future.
