In order to meet the requirements of digital transformation in administrative procedure reform, the Provincial People's Committee asks departments and branches; People's Committees of districts, communes and vertical agencies to continue checking and proposing amendments and supplements to regulations related to the reception and settlement of administrative procedures under the single-window and interconnected single-window mechanisms to meet the requirements for the task implementation of the project; reviewing legal documents of the Central and provincial legal documents; proposing amendments, supplements or petitions for amendments, supplements of legal documents to ensure legal grounds in the implementation of the renovation contents; expanding the list of administrative procedures in accordance with the "non-boundary administration" model; to review, upgrade and improve information technology infrastructure to meet electronic storage requirements for administrative records.
Along with that, it is necessary to strive for 100% of administrative dossiers of level 3, level 4 to be settled quickly and successfully to improve the satisfaction of organizations and individuals for the quality of public service provision.
