Provincial Red Cross visits and presents gifts to frontline forces against the pandemic

On 8 October, Provincial Red Cross visited and gave gifts to frontline forces of Covid-19 prevention control, and disadvantaged families in some localities in the province. Nguyen Van Loc, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Party Mass Mobilization Board, Chairman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, head the delegation.

The delegation visit and give gifts to frontline forces in charge of  fighting the disease at mobile medical station in Hoa Loi ward, Ben Cat town.

Namely, the delegation visited and gave gifts to frontline forces at mobile medical station in Hoa Loi ward (Ben Cat town) and frontline forces of Phu Giao district. The delegation presented 1,000 eye, nose and throat cleaning kits; 25,000 medical masks, 10 speed-boil kettles, 10,000 yakult milk bottles and 2,000 packets of instant noodles. In addition, the delegation also visited and presented 1,150 gifts to workers facing difficulties due to the pandemic in Quarter 6, Thoi Hoa ward; delivered 1,100 gifts to workers in Hoa Loi ward, Chanh Phu Hoa ward, My Phuoc ward and Tan Dinh ward of Ben Cat town.

* On the same day, Provincial Red Cross continued to organize the 45th "VND0" humanitarian market day.

The market presented vouchers to 300 workers, lottery ticket vendors living in difficult circumstances in lodging houses in Thu Dau Mot city. Each voucher was worth 500,000 VND, which could buy free food,  vegetables, fruits, and other necessities for disadvantaged people.

People affected by the Covid-19 receive vouchers to buy food of "VND0".

All goods served at this humanitarian market were donated by Provincial Red Cross, organizations, businesses, benefactors, and localities inside and outside the province.
